The restaurant
in the Colle Massena Farm
LAND was born within a farm located in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of Bolgheri. Five hectares of land, with vegetable gardens and vineyards, shape both the landscape and the ingredients.
The restaurant welcomes 12 guests and offers a single tasting menu, designed to tell the story of the territory through seasonality and its ingredients. Here, every element follows the natural rhythm of the seasons.
The ingredients come from a network of local farmers and producers who share our philosophy. Each ingredient is chosen with respect for seasonality, the local area, and a direct relationship with those who grow it.
LANDBOX: ONE INGREDIENT,
FIVE INTERPRETATIONS, THE SAME PHILOSOPHY BEYOND THE RESTAURANT.
Each LANDbox is made from a single ingredient, grown and selected on the LAND farm.
A research project based on this ingredient takes shape, comprising five different preparations,
each designed to reveal a nuance: textures, aromas, depth, and unexpected possibilities.
