LAND box
LANDbox extends the LAND project beyond the restaurant. Each box is built around a single ingredient. Inside, five distinct preparations interpret and transform it.
Vegetable brown stocks, oils, creams, delicate textures and layered preparations come together to create a complete culinary journey. Guests can recreate the dish at home by following a suggested sequence,
reliving the very same experience offered at the restaurant.

Music by LAND
Cuisine also speaks through music. This is why Music by LAND was born, a project that accompanies each course with an original composition, created to convey its identity, rhythm, and emotions. A dialogue between sound and flavor that makes every experience even more immersive. An idea born from Chef Enrico Bellino’s profound passion and background as a musician, who continues to express his creativity through music.
