Chef and founder of LAND, Enrico Bellino creates a cuisine that begins in the soil and evolves into an experience. After years of working in some of Europe’s finest restaurants, he embarked on a personal journey that led him to develop a clear culinary vision: to reduce in order to express, to strip away in order to enhance.
