Five hectares of land, with vegetable gardens and vineyards, shape both the landscape and the ingredients.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The restaurant welcomes 12 guests and offers a single tasting menu, designed to tell the story of the territory through seasonality and its ingredients. Here, every element follows the natural rhythm of the seasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ingredients come from a network of local farmers and producers who share our philosophy.
